Excellent

Highly recommended for hair transplant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the first session of my hair transplant at Oliva Skin, Body and Hair Clinic, Alwarpet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Sarvesh Chandran and Kavitha guided me through the entire pre-procedure preparation and made it smooth and hassle-free. Sarvesh made sure I was clear about every part of the procedure by answering all my doubts, and he arranged a brief but very useful meeting with Dr. Chandrashekar at the Alwarpet clinic a month before the surgery. By the day of the procedure, I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure was a 12-hour mega session, performed by Dr. Chandrashekar and assisted by Suman. Despite the length, it never felt like a labour, and a big reason for that was Dr. Chandrashekar himself. He and Suman clearly enjoyed their work, and we chatted and had fun throughout. Dr. Chandrashekar was extremely careful to keep the procedure as painless as possible and constantly asked whether I felt any discomfort, so I always felt looked after. But more than a skilled surgeon, he is a genuinely joyful person. His positive energy filled the room, and he shared personal life advice here and there that I really valued. Without his warmth and humour, this would have been a very long 12 hours of my life. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines this level of care and expertise with such a friendly personality. Sarvesh also kept checking on me continuously to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, and he made sure I was well fed throughout the long session. Karthikeyan, the branch manager, is a very gentle person who guided me through the post-procedure phase. Coordinating with Dr. Chandrashekar, he explained everything from bandage removal to hair wash, along with the dos and don’ts for the next two weeks, so recovery felt well managed. The clinic uses an advanced technique that is less invasive and supports faster recovery, and the whole process felt carefully planned. A big thank you to Dr. Chandrashekar, Suman, Sarvesh, Kavitha, and Karthikeyan for their care and professionalism. Highly recommended!
