I had a positive experience with the clinical side of Oliva Banjara Hills, the staff are professional and the dermatologists are clearly knowledgeable. They are also very accommodating with scheduling and appointments.
My main grievance, however, is the aggressive upselling of Oliva-branded products. There is a clear pattern of pushing expensive ointments and supplements that aren't always necessary for the treatment. While this might work on some, it feels exploitative given the high price points. Great clinic and service, but they should really scale back on the unnecessary sales tactics.
