The services are great especially laser toning and laser hair removal. The staff are polite and knowledgeable, The in-house doctors are accomplished too. Just getting appointments are a bit difficult especially for long duration therapies like laser hair removal. I feel if they have so many clients, then they should consider increasing the number of machines, Although, the staffs do try to fit in the appointment based on the clients, preference. Otherwise, everything else is great.

The clinic is quite good. Treatment is effective. Doctor Anurag provides appropriate treatment with proper justification. The supporting staff is very polite and courteous. The front desk staff is very accommodating and gracious, especially Rakesh.

A special mention to Dr. Poovamma, who is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail. She ensures all concerns are addressed, which makes the entire process very reassuring and comfortable.
I’d also like to appreciate Akanksha, who handles the LHR sessions with great skill and care. She is very attentive and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session, making what can otherwise feel like a daunting process completely seamless.
